Our process gives you the confidence that we'll create your dream garden, tailored to your specific needs.

STEP 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Call or email and one of the team will arrange a visit to provide a free, no obligation quote that will be sent to you in less than 7 days. During this consultation you will have the chance to discuss:
Ideas and vision for your new garden.
Options for materials and designs.
Timeframe and completion date.
STEP 2
RECEIVE THE QUOTE
After the consultation, we'll send over a quote within 7 days. Once the quote is received, you have the time and space to discuss any thoughts, questions or developments you might have had since the meeting.
Timber Touch are always happy to accommodate and find solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.

STEP 3
transform
Once the quote and timeframe have been accepted and confirmed, the team will make a start on your garden transformation.
Throughout the project, we'll provide regular updates, ensuring you're happy with the process and design throughout. We welcome any questions and are more than happy to accommodate any reasonable changes during the project.
STEP 4
JOB COMPLETION
As the job reaches completion, the team will show you the completed works and ensure you are happy with the final product. This will be your opportunity to ask any final questions and discuss any extra elements you might like to add, dependent on availability and size.
